Katie Spencer, Ph.D., and Julie Scarlata have developed this class to build connection and community within the group of moms and kids, and develop skills that will facilitate the same in your daily life. The mindful mamas aspect of the class focuses on developing creative and practical mindfulness skills for self-care and stress reduction. We apply skills in the context of activity with your children as well as in interaction between mothers.
